Shipping in Sweden is SEK 39:- To other countries depends on the weight and volume of the package. Shipping to the US starts at SEK 235:- (about 42 USD), and within Europe the starting cost is SEK 134:- (about 15 EUR). Shipping method All shipping is made through the Swedish Post (Posten AB). The cost is calculaded by weight, volume and shipping zone. The shipping will normally take place within ten days after we have received your order and payment. (If you pay with international bank transfer, it will take longer.) For orders to be delivered within Sweden, there are different delivery options, such as Ekonomibrev/Postpaket, Hempaket, and Företagspaket 16:00. Why does the tea price change with destination? All prices are normally displayed with Swedish VAT, according to Swedish law. If you register with a primary address outside the European Union, the VAT is not shown. For shippments outside the EU, VAT is not payed. The actual price, shown at checkout, therefore depends on the shipping destination. Unfortunately, due to tax reasons, we are only able to ship as small parcel outside the EU. This tend to be very expensive for small orders. Returns We sell first class, well packed goods. If the packing is damaged, please contact the delivering company for compensation. According to Swedish and European laws, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days, although there are exceptions. If you are not satisfied with our products, or for any other reasons would like to return the goods, contact us first before making any returns. Australia and New Zealand Earlier orders to Australia and New Zealand have been subject to treatment by the authorities. This implies an extra cost for the customer, and might reduce the quality of the products. We have therefore decided to stop shippment to these countries for the moment. We encourage our customers to contact us with tips or suggestions on how to solve this issue. Japan There is an agreement with the local supplier of our tea in Japan. Please contact them for having your tea shipped to Japan: Japan   Rom Project Inc. Yes we do ship to the US! Since 12 2003, it is required by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration, www.fda.gov) that we (or somebody else) submit a Prior Notice for each order. This is takes an awful lot of time, which sometimes delays shipping to the US.
